Holly Modjeski

Holly Modjeski Joined VonFeldt & Beatty Investigations, Inc. in January 2015 as the Administrative Assistant/Billing Coordinator.

Modjeski studied Nursing at North Harris County College in Houston, Texas. Subsequently, Modjeski was employed by Kelsey Seybold Clinic in Houston, Texas as a Training Coordinator and Patient Advocate. In 1992, Modjeski accepted a position as the Practice Manager for an ENT/Head and Neck surgery practice in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Following a move to Austin, Texas in 1995, Modjeski formed and ran several businesses including a catering business, a medical practice management consulting company, and a company that provided off-site transcription services. While in Austin, Modjeski attended the Paralegal Certification Program at the University of Texas. Modjeski graduated with honors in 2002 achieving a 4.0 GPA. Modjeski's paralegal career began at the firm of C. Daniel Roberts & Associates P.C. Modjeski prepared petitions and pleadings for Chapters 7, 13 and 11 bankruptcy cases and pleadings for the Trustee's bankruptcy adversary cases.

Modjeski moved to Colorado in 2005 and began working as a Paralegal for Greenberg & Herringer, LLC. Modjeski acquired valuable experience in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Defense at the firm. Modjeski obtained extensive courtroom experience while aiding counsel in numerous trials. Modjeski researched many complex legal issues and specialized in writing motions and briefs. In addition to her duties as Paralegal, Modjeski also handled Greenberg & Herringer's trust accounting and client billing.
