Evidence uncovered by VBI's investigator was key to putting the case in such a bad light for the prosecution that the dismissal was inevitable.

Nick, you are a hero. You have provided to another human being the very best gift possible: freedom. Thank you for making the effort to track me down. By doing so, you have lifted a burden from my soul.

  • Jeni Stinson
Thank you so much for your hard work on my case! If not for your rock star investigation, there is no chance this dismissal would have happened. I am grateful for your fabulous work that set my amazing, and innocent, juvenile client free!

I wanted to let you know that the favorable verdict would not have been possible without the assistance of our investigator. He was instrumental in locating and interviewing key defense witnesses crucial to an alternate suspect defense. Getting witnesses to the Court was like herding cats. The best thing about this investigator was his ability to think for himself and perform follow-up interviews with previously unidentified witnesses on his own initiative. Credit for the good outcome is clearly attributable to our investigator.

  • Vince Buckmelter
With a client facing prison on a felony Assault charge, the recorded interview of an eye witness conducted months earlier by Nick from VBI was the key to my client being found not guilty at trial.

We got two dismissals this week; the DA's in both cases indicated that your investigations helped convince them that they didn't have a case to put in front of the jury.
